Had a wonderful day being as this was the only hotel with a hot tub near Salem where we were visiting at the time. I will say leaving the hotel was a little intense due to the fact you have to pull right into a very busy traffic lane, so be ready for that.

Everthing was good except for the dogs barking next door. When I booked I missed that it was a pet friendly hotel my mistake.... Besides that the place is clean and I would recommend it to anyone that is pet friendly.

The room was a good size and the location close to Salem and Boston. The staff was very nice. But the room was damp feeling and smelling. The air conditioning seemed to make it worse. The bathroom tub/ shower was dirty and repaired in multiple places. Look elsewhere is my recommendation.

The room was spacious but the bathroom had a weird odor to it and they only gave us 3 bath towels and no face/hand towels at all. There was a single trash can in the whole suite, including bathroom area. A group arrived around 9:30 pm and proceeded to slam doors and walk around for hours into the night. I messaged the front dest 3 times about it and they had to go up twice to ask them to be quiet. If my kids weren't already asleep I would have asked to be moved, but we had an early flight and I didn't want to have to pack up and move at a late hour. This was the worst night of sleep that I got on our 9 day New England trip.

This was my first time at this hotel and I will most definitely be back! The staff was amazing and Shalamar at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming ! First impression to me is everything and this was it !! Thank you so much Shalamar !!!!!!

Dog friendly. The kitchenette with well functioning Microwave and fridge were great as i make our dog's food. The room was very spacious for a large dog and 3 people. The bathroom was dated, but it looked clean. It's nice to have the vanity separately outside the bathroom. Other features are standard. The breakfast was common menus and sufficient. The staff were friendly and attentive. The major disappointment was the pool. It was cold. We've been to many hotels with indoor pools. This was the only one that was too cold for my daughter to go in. Another customer was telling a staff that it's too cold.

Housekeeping every other day after we put $200 hold on my card. Wth! Trash bins in front of hotel with rats running around.
